About us
OCEAN ACTIVITIES is a school licensed by the Portuguese Surfing Federation,
the Ministry of Tourism of Portugal and Cascais City Council, since 2014.
Activities
Our activities are varied, Surf, Stand up Paddle board, Kayak, Water bikes and Sup paddle board Yoga.
Our Location
Located in the bay of Cascais, we have an oceanic pool “Alberto Romano” which is public with a huge terrace with umbrellas and beds, small family beach, lifeguard next to us, with easy access for strollers for babies, people with disabilities and pets (and the only one with this permission in Cascais) and one of the most frequented restaurants in Cascais “ESCOTILHA BAR” with traditional Portuguese food and a unique view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Sup Paddle activities
Our Sup Paddle activities, Sup Paddle board Yoga, Kayak and Water Bikes are done in the beautiful bay of Cascais.
Surf activities
Surf lessons at Carcavelos beach or Guincho beach, depending on the sea conditions, where we have a license to use. They can choose between group lessons or private lessons for beginners or advanced, as packages of 1, 5 or 10 lessons.

What we organize?
We organize Easter holidays, summer clinics for children, team building, birthday parties. Come learn or improve your favorite activity with maximum security and enjoy unique moments of great fun in the friendly company of our licensed trainers.
